Jorge de la Osa brings more than two decades of legal and executive leadership experience in the vacation ownership and hospitality industries. A seasoned industry executive, Jorge is known for aligning legal strategy with business objectives, guiding complex organizations through growth and partnering closely with executive teams to support disciplined execution.
Recently, Jorge served as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Bluegreen Vacations prior to the sale of the company’s 50+ resort portfolio to Hilton Grand Vacations. He led a legal team of more than 20 associates and a 50-person resort title agency, advising the CEO and executive leadership on real estate acquisitions, finance, regulatory affairs, litigation and resort operations, while supporting public company board matters and industry regulatory initiatives.
Previously, Jorge served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Wyndham Vacation Ownership, where he helped lead the spin-off from Wyndham Worldwide and managed large U.S. and international legal and title teams. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Sol-Meliá Vacation Club and Tempus Resorts and began his career at Baker & Hostetler, specializing in hospitality and resort development law. Known for his practical, business-oriented approach, Jorge combines deep industry expertise with operational insight, positioning him well to support Holiday Inn Club Vacations’ continued growth and alignment.
